The website with url – https://namastepresidenttrump.in/ whose copyright is with Science and Technology Department of Govt of Gujarat welcomes president Donald Trump saying that

So, are you ready to say #NamasteTrump.”
This raises some questions-
1- Is it Govt Of India’s or Gujrat Govt’s official event?
2- If not then why copyriight with Govt department?
3- Why there is no organiser? If yes , then why Gujrat Govt is in picture?
4- why none knows who registered the domain name ?
