Select civic services at door step will be abailable to people in Madhya Pradesh with the Chief Minister Kamal Nath launching the pilot from Indore city on January 26.

Under the Madhya Pradesh Public Services Delivery Guarantee Act, citizens will get select services at their door step.

After this , the system will be operational in three other districts and on merit basis will cover rest of districts.

According to the official information received by MPPost, the applicant can apply through the online citizen login at the Public Service Center.
It will be mandatory for the applicant to attach the prescribed documents along with the application form. On receipt of the consent of the applicant, a receipt will be delivered at the door step with a fee of fifty rupees. On the disposal of the application, the documents will be sent to the applicant on the address given by him.
Currently, it will be applicable only in urban area.
Issue of resident certificate due to legal restrictions related to General Administration Department and
Legal limitations include the grant of income certificate.
Supply of documents relating to Revenue Department include copies of B-1 Khatauni , birth death certificates.

No new portal or app is required. The existing IT infrastructure will be used creatively. This will not entail
any financial burden on the government either.
