He has stated to Chief Ministers and Deputy Chief Ministers that Good Governance and improving people’s lives must be the top priority. The government’s focus should not be on holding power, but on good governance and enhancing the quality of life for citizens. Make Good Governance the primary identity of the government.

The benefits of a Double-Engine Government must be visible on the ground. States should accelerate the pace of development and maintain better synergy between the Center and the state.

States should share their Best Practices and learn from the successful experiments of other states. Good initiatives implemented in one state should be adopted by others as well. Make Technology a tool of governance.

Promote youth and sports culture, ensure 100% implementation of welfare schemes, and guarantee that benefits reach citizens without discrimination, delay, or corruption. Do not alter the core structure of the Center’s welfare schemes.

Ministers should avoid unnecessary public statements (publicity) and focus on their work. PM Modi’s biggest key advice is that the CM and ministers must stay away from unwarranted media statements and controversies. In 2026, reports emerged of the Madhya Pradesh government partnering with Google Cloud for AI-driven crowd management, traffic, and emergency management in preparation for Simhastha 2028. Additionally, MoUs have been signed with leading AI companies such as Sarvam, Gnani, and Submer.
